On 20th May 2018 Rev. Nkanileka Y Chedi from Muheza parish has been installed as the Assistant head of the Plains Deanery in the North Eastern Diocese. The worship service was attended by Principal Dean Rev. Dr. Eberhardt Ngugi, Rev. Yambazi Mauya (Head of the Plains Deanery), Rev. Peter Bendera (head of the Northern Deanery), all Pastors and congregants.
